    DIRECTOR, STRATEGY & OPERATIONS

    Tooba Dawood is a licensed project manager, social impact coach, and consultant with over a decade of experience in youth mentorship, non-profit leadership, and systems-level advocacy. As Director of Strategy & Operations at Love & Help Heal, she leads with a bold vision grounded in care, equity, and sustainability. Tooba specializes in helping organizations and youth-led initiatives identify gaps and fill them with creative, community-centered solutions that scale impact and deepen reach.

    Her work spans government relations, grant writing, fundraising strategy, and capacity building, with a focus on securing resources that meet real community needs. Tooba sits on the UNESCO Global Youth Community, where she contributes to advancing SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) and SDG 4 (Quality Education). Recognized by the Government of Canada and the United Nations for her contributions, Tooba is committed to building ecosystems of care that enable young changemakers to lead boldly and sustainably.

    COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT & ENGAGEMENT LEAD

    Tayyaba Shahzad is a dynamic leader and creative force, weaving together community engagement and professional development to help individuals unlock their potential and thrive in ways that are authentic to them. As a job coach, she is a passionate advocate for uplifting youth voices and involvement.

    She provides guidance and support to emerging changemakers, helping them navigate their paths with purpose and clarity. With experience working with organizations like FUEL Changemakers, The Career Foundation, Love & Help Heal, and Apathy is Boring, she's developed a range of skills that enable her to build and nurture organizations through marketing, operations, outreach, facilitation, and training. In her free time, Tayyaba enjoys traveling, scrapbooking, and collecting books.

  • Natalie Gandhi

    MANAGER, PROGRAMS & OPERATIONS

    Natalie Gandhi is a community and youth care professional with a background in social services and inclusive education. As Manager of Programs & Operations at Love & Help Heal, she supports the coordination and delivery of initiatives that empower youth and communities through holistic care, equity, and engagement. With frontline experience in social work, mental health, and youth development, she brings a trauma-informed and intersectional lens to every project she leads, focusing on strengthening partnerships, streamlining operations, and fostering collaboration between community stakeholders to create meaningful, sustainable impact.

    A graduate of the University of Guelph-Humber with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Community Social Services, Natalie also holds diplomas in Child and Youth Care and Social Service Work. She has collaborated with organizations including Women’s Health in Women’s Hands, Best Buddies Inc., Elizabeth Fry, and Progress Toronto. Beyond her professional work, Natalie enjoys watching documentaries, reading, and spending time in nature, activities that inspire her curiosity, reflection, and connection to the world around her.
