Love & Help Heal is a youth-led nonprofit based in Toronto, rooted in the belief that healing, creativity, and community care are powerful tools for change. We create spaces where young people - especially those impacted by systems - can rest, lead, express, and build together. Our goal is to empower young people through creative, community and educational initiatives by centring wellness and care.

From wellness retreats to grassroots workshops, creative storytelling to local give-backs, everything we do centers joy, justice, and belonging. We’re not here to fix people. We’re here to walk with them as they rise.
