As part of the E3 Cohort Program, the Employment stream in 2024 gave youth the opportunity to explore pathways to meaningful work. Participants visited Brimz, a local business, where they heard directly from the owner about entrepreneurship, leadership, and overcoming challenges. The session created space for youth to ask questions and gain insights into real-world career journeys.

Following the visit, participants engaged in a hands-on resume and cover letter workshop, equipping them with practical tools to strengthen their employment readiness and pursue future opportunities with confidence.
